Chrysocolla Pyramid Stud Earrings from Peru, "Green Pyramids"

When designing her jewelry, Peru's Susan Alfaro says she likes "...applying creativity to basic pieces and looking at the same object from different perspectives." For this modern pair of stud earrings, she elevates simple triangle shapes by adding pyramid-shaped chrysocolla stones in bezel settings and accenting them with three metallic spheres. She works with sterling silver, which is polished to a brilliant shine.
