Cat's Eye and Cotton Fabric Dangle Earrings from Ghana, "Ohemaa Elegance"
Beneath beads of natural cat's eye, frills of cotton fabric printed with colorful African motifs dangle. Ghanaian artisan Lydia Mawuenya Amedzrator creates these earrings, which swing from brass hooks. These earrings are named Ohemaa, which means "queen" in the Akan language.

"Artistry, pure artistry"
The fabric is amazingly soft, and the pattern is bold and awesome. A work of art that just happens to also be a great-fitting face mask. Bravo!! When the Covid Plague ends this mask will go up on my mantle along with treasured family knickknacks. Until that happy day I will keep wearing this mask!
