Evoking the passage of time, this pendant necklace from Costa Rica is designed and crafted by Milagro Cascante. She works with a single piece of beautiful cachimbo wood to carve the pendant by hand. An adjustable length of cotton cord circles the neck.

"Beautiful necklace!"
This piece is beautiful, and so versatile. The adjustable cord not only allows it to be worn as a short and a long necklace, but also as a bracelet - how cool is that!? I received mine, and ordered another one (similar) from the same artist that very same day.
