Filled with the powerful intensity that distinguishes contemporary dance, this sculpture honors Regina Miranda, one of Brazil's finest choreographers. She founded the Regina Miranda Company of Actors and Dancers, one of Brazil's most renowned dance companies. Jacqueline Cavalcanti crafts the dancer's body of bronze with a patina finish to preserve the sculpture's gleaming presence. The original work is part of Cavalcanti's series "Dançarinas" (Dancers).

"Beautiful Sculpture"
I purchased this sculpture for my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary and couldn't be more impressed with the quality and beauty of this piece. My husband actually had tears in his eyes when he saw it's beauty. This is a romantic embrace of two lovers and it represented our love for each other over the years. Thank you Jaqueline for creating such a lovely piece and may you enjoy creating more beautiful pieces for more customers.
