Black and Gold Hand Painted Decorative Wood Box, "Srinagar Legacy"
As the son of a papier mache artisan, Fida Hussain works to preserve that artistic legacy. He creates this petite decorative box from weeping willow wood covered with papier mache. It is then sanded and painted carefully in exquisite detail with a pale grey, black and gold floral motif. It opens to reveal a velvet lining.

"Just Adorable!"
