Beaded Batik Shoulder Bag from Indonesia, "Princess Art"
Bright flowers blossom in the emerald garden that adorns this shoulder bag. Wahyu Sulistiani uses traditional batik techniques with the Hokokai and Kembang sore patterns. The florid hokaki motif was developed during the Japanese colonization of Java and has since remained a much favored motif. The Kembang sore (evening flower) is the name of the princess who, according to legend, was the daughter of a hermit, and was famous for her batik art. The lined shoulder bag has one pocket inside and is decorated with long tassels hanging from beads.

"Safety in style"
I love these masks for the times when I want to be a little fancy. The fabric pattern is lovely, and the sparkling beadwork makes me feel elegant. The masks are substantial and well-made, and fit the face well.

"Very loved and well-used batik masks"

"She loved it!"
This is a beautifully made travel set. The cloth has a rich feel to it. The woman I gifted with this set is a world traveler and was very pleased with this. I also loved the gift wrap! So unique. I also loved the card with greetings from the artisans.

"Dramatic"
The colors are lovely-very jeweled. The ear loops are very comfortable and the mask covers my face but a little too large. Ill figure out a way to make it fit a little more snug. But overall, very nice. I would recommend purchasing it.
