Working in sterling silver, Ketut Sulastri crafts a lacy pendant depicting the omkara symbol. The root of all sounds, this one letter is the emblem of the most high, and serves as a deeply significant and distinctly recognizable symbol for Hindu dharma. The pendant encloses a rosy enameled globe and hangs from a long chain punctuated by rose quartz beads.
Also called "angel necklaces" and "harmony balls," Such necklaces are often worn by pregnant women in Bali and also in Mexico. The chain lets the pendant reach to the belly and the delicate sounds are thought to soothe the mother and the baby she is carrying. Some believe it summons a guardian angel, thus making it a symbol of loving protection.

Its a delicate and feminine ring, but I think the black stone gives it a little spice and makes it mysterious!
