Shaped of terracotta and hand painted in bright tropical colors, these festive ornaments depict the Christmas star. Jose Arriola creates a set of six, and each one is different. Poinsettias with distinct stylizations adorn them. They arrive in a storage bag of handloomed cotton.

"A Christmas favorite"

"Painted stars"

"Fun"
These are so fun and pretty. They come with silk cords for hanging. The painting is beautifully done. They gave my Christmas Tree a festive air.

"My Husband Loves His Mobile!"
I bought the ceramic mobile Circling Hummingbirds for Fathers Day for my hubby. He absolutely LOVES it! We previously bought a hummingbird mobile from a local garden store and though it was nice, it was just OK, so we returned it. This mobile, however, covers all the bases! Its colorful and speaks to my husband in so many ways as he was a ceramicist himself for many years. Thank you, Jose, for your fine work and attention to detail!

His family has lived in Antigua for more than 100 years and he takes great pride in practicing the same ceramic techniques his ancestors used. He wishes to help this tradition continue and he teaches anyone in his community who has an interest in learning.
