Hand-carved of sese wood, this noble mask adds pride to any home. Godfred Yamoah of Ghana creates the mask, which is accented with patterns in embossed aluminum. The Adinkra symbol Sankofa is depicted on the forehead. Sankofa depicts a bird reaching to grab an egg off of its back and signifies the importance of learning from the past.
