Details

Artisan Clementina Vasquez of Guatemala presents this soft fabric shawl that lays effortlessly over the shoulders. The elegant cotton shawl takes several days to craft from dyed yarn which is then woven on a backstrap loom into a multicolor jaspe pattern in purple, blue, and grey. The design forms a fusion of ancestral natural indigo dyed yarn and modern purple tones.
