Basalt molcajete, 'Ceremonial Tradition'

By Iris
Molcajete is a Work of Art!!!
Thank you to the Artisan who made this Gorgeous Molcajete for me. After curing it, I made a delicious Salsa Roja, and an Amazing Guacamole, served in this beautiful Molcajete! The Molcajete grinds garlic, peppercorns, roasted onions, whatever you desire, beautifully! I am so very Happy with this Molcajete. I highly recommend every kitchen should have one of these Beauty. It arrived well wrapped and before the expected time frame.

"Sadly, there is less and less appreciation for the molcajete and this puts its tradition in danger of dying out."
