I love the fact that these are recycled CDs and that they are being used in such a beneficial way instead of going to a landfill. I love the compliments I receive and I love to brag on Novica.
Gorgeous - makes a great gift
I gifted this to my young daughter for a Spring present. Its a pretty and sturdy little bracelet. Its delicate enough looking for her to show it off but also will hold up to whatever she might put it through as a 9 year old. Its also just lovely to look at!
What a knock out!
The colors are beautiful together. The necklace holds its shape well when you wear it. It is unusual and attractive.

Floral Glass Beaded Cocktail Stretch Rings (Set of 10), "Javanese Flora"
Indonesian artisans traded beads with Europe during the days of the Roman Empire, and the island's unique beadwork style continues to evolve over the centuries. Inspired by Java's tropical flora and exquisitely beaded formal sarongs, artisans tap into these beading traditions to create this set of ten stretchy, sequined rings in every hue of the rainbow. There is a different ring for every day and mood, or you can share with friends and family.
Beaded Pendant Necklace with Recycled Glass and Wood, "Eco Anonyam"$89.95
Centering this necklace, a pendant of recycled plastic resembles amber. Ghanaian artisan Tina Quaye designs and crafts this boho necklace, circling the wearer with beads of green recycled glass and brown sese wood. This necklace is named meaning "glory" in the Akan language.
Yellow Turquoise and Purple Recycled CD Dangle Earrings, "Color Explosion"$49.99
Artisan Rosario Leiva of Guatemala brings new life to recycled CDs in these beautiful and fascinating dangle earrings with sterling silver hooks. She melts the CD scrap in a mold, then artfully applies droplets of acrylic to achieve her desired colors--purple, turquoise, and yellow for this pair of earrings--and then fuses the CD material and acrylic together using a blow torch. The resulting effect is magnificent translucent color punctuated with air bubbles that create unique patterns.
About her work, the artisan says: "I love creating jewelry with materials that most people would discard. Let's all take the time to think about the endless opportunities we have to give 'waste' materials another chance."
