This is my second purchase of this bag!
The color is beautiful, the gold on the fabric makes this bag perfect for events a notch above casual if I want to bring a scarf or sweater when the temperature drops slightly. The first bag was given as a gift and 5 years later, my best friend told me she has washed hers several times and it still looks new! I had to buy one for me! I like that you can tie it in a knot on the shoulder strap to adjust the length to your desires! LOVE it!
I ordered this bag for my nieces birthday. It s a beautiful well-made bag with a really special design.
Another wonderful bag!
I ordered this bag for my daughter, after she complimented the one that I have (slightly different). She wanted a bag she could wear across her body; mine slings on one shoulder. But I touted the front pocket, because these days, you might have to wait in line to get into a store, and that front pocket is SO handy for a kindle, glasses and other immediately available stuff. These are wonderful purchases, and I highly recommend Jiapps bags.
"Such a wide range of beautifully colored, intricate cloth patterns mesmerized me!"

Hand Crafted Cotton Sling Handbag from Thailand, "Royal Thai Emerald"
By Jiap Rojjana, this lovely shoulder bag is crafted of cotton. Traditional Thai motifs adorn the emerald green cotton and a border print embraces the purse. Handmade Elephant Shaped Cotton Sling in Blue from Thailand, "Energetic Elephant"$19.99
Saipin Vanichmongkol gives life to a delightful elephant, complete with ears, eyes, trunk, and tail, in this handmade 100% cotton sling. The pachyderm's body has a charming blue and milk white geometric pattern; its ears, tail, and the bag's strap are Prussian blue. Inside the sling's only compartment is a dark blue cotton lining; a magnetic button snap serves to close the crossbody bag. Saipin's designs also help generate local employment. "I provide work for about 40-50 women who work from home with the materials I give them, that way they can still take care their families," says the Thai artisan.
Cotton and Hemp Embroidered Sling Handbag, "Tribal Tradition"
Embroidered by hand, hill tribe motifs tell of the Akha people's rich textile traditions. The motifs cover a generous front pocket on a cotton sling tote. By Jiap Rojjana, the bag is fully lined and an inner pocket with zipper keeps small items handy. Both the outer pocket and the purse close with coconut shell buttons.
Because each is an individual work of embroidery art, colors and motifs may vary slightly according to the artisan's inspiration.
