Roomy, soft and beautiful.
I really wanted to select a special handbag, that wasnt like any I already had style-wise. I love crossbody bags, so I was browsing with my husband, we both looked at this, and said.. yes, this is the one! The artwork is beautiful and the color selection perfect. I love the strap length and its soft and just lovely to carry!
Ive had this for years, and its still in great condition! The only thing to be aware of is that the phone pouch actually fits the type of phone you have + the type of case that is on it.
my favorite go to carry on when I dont want
I love this bag and it is really great for all the summer fares when I just want my phone, license and money without the hassle of carrying a full size purse. The wooden latch stays secure and I know my items are safe. The colorful design has earned many compliments and I love the shape... a winner.

Leather-Accented All Cotton Maya Style Shoulder Bag, "Maya Ixcaco"$157.99
Inspire by the traditional blouses worn by Guatemalan women, Luisa Villavicencio designs this elegant shoulder bag. The all-cotton bag is woven on a traditional backstrap loom with black threads against a natural background. The diamond motif is called and it symbolizes the sacred dishes that were used in Mayan ceremonies as offerings to the gods. Trimmed in supple brown leather, the fully-lined bag features two interior pockets to keep small items secure. A jaunty cotton tassel completes the design.
Central American Cotton Shoulder Bag, "Natures Lines"$154.99
The Villavicencio family of Guatemala cultivates the only remaining cotton farm in the country, where they focus on quality from seed to finished product. The brown- and ivory-hued cotton in this roomy bag isn't dyed - they're natural variations of the raw cotton. An adjustable belt gives it shape, and three interior pockets, including a zip pocket that runs the length of the bag, keep you organized on day trips and everyday. Cotton with leather and brass trim.
The Villavicencio family cultivates cotton in several natural colors – jade, brown and ivory, or raw cotton. In fact, people are surprised to learn that no dyes are used. The family is involved in the entire process, from growing the cotton, to weaving it and transforming it into this handbag.
