Andean Paths bucket bag
Bought for a friend who was going through some tough times. The presentation was superb. It was wrapped with a card in such a way that she immediately knew that it was something special. And was it ever. It has held up beautifully and outside of some natural wear its as the day it arrived. One magnificent and beautiful product. Deserving of more than 5 stars!!

Exuding the vibrant colors of summer, geometric patterns of teal and daffodil decorate the mahogany body of this coin purse from Mexico. Striped Cotton Sling in Goldenrod from Guatemala, "Nahuala Passage"
Working with local artisans, the Aj Quen association of Guatemala presents this stunning sling. The artisans draw inspiration from the beauty of Nahuala, hand-weaving the sling of cotton to feature goldenrod and multicolored stripes that are elaborated with entrancing patterns. Worn over the shoulder on an adjustable strap, the sling features a drawstring closure, which opens to a cotton lining complete with an inner zipper pocket for storing small items.
The Aj Quen Association is one of the oldest weaving associations in Guatemala. It was founded as a non-profit development entity in 1989 through the efforts of six different artisan groups from various regions of the country. These groups came together to help preserve their cultural identity and to better market their art.
Yellow Bamboo and Ate Grass Woven Round Shoulder Bag, "Sunny State"
This cheerful shoulder bag is presented by Ahmad in Bali. The bag is hand-woven of bamboo stalks and plastic strips, and features a center accent of woven blue ate grass. Brown faux leather forms the shoulder strap and trim, and the cotton batik fabric peeks through the woven exterior.
Please note that, as remainder fabric is used for the cotton lining, the lining color and pattern may vary from the photos.
