“Wow again!”

I am never disappointed, and Im on my fifth (at least) pair of Buana earrings. I always look at what hes selling first when Im shopping around. I would like to see some red stones, by the way. Please? The quality is consistent, and everything has a sturdy feel to it. The edges and connections are always very smooth. I used to think some of the designs were a bit too long for me, but now I just buy them anyway and replace the regular hooks with shorter sterling silver hooks.

“The perfect gift”

I bought these earrings as a gift to myself. The very name -The face of the soul - says it all. I feel so enlightened when I wear these earrings. The artistry is exquisite.

“Statement piece”

This pendant is gorgeous. I wear it with a black cord, so all attention is on the pendant itself. Its one of my favorite pieces.

Buana is a master silversmith. He designs and crafts his jewelry collection using a combination of traditional and modern jewelry making techniques. Buana and his silversmiths share their knowledge and train younger artisans that join the workshop.

Microcredit Financing

Buana has received 14 microcredit loans with 0% interest from Kiva and Novica, the first for $2400 and the most recent for $7000. Proceeds were used to invest in a purchase of natural gemstones and silver for his jewelry.

Caring for Children

When Buana first began to work, he was fearful that he would be unable to care for his first child. Now he proudly cares for two.

Buana provides for the education of his two children.
