Abstract in concept, this African mask represents those used in rituals by the Kidumu men's society. Christopher Nyasafo takes his inspiration from the Teke-Tsaye people of Gabon and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Ghanaian artisan carves the piece by hand and paints it in green, orange and ivory.

Modern and unique abstract design, that adds to my tribal arts collection, and goes with all my modern abstract art as well. As pictured here, the colors are really beautiful and well designed with lots of texture. Finely crafted!

We love it. The use of the primary colors is wonderful, and stays within earth tones. A happy mask, which makes us smile and brightens the room!
