About Me

I am 73, live alone in southern california. I have a small, old dog whom I love. 3 children and 4 grandchildren (all young adults). I used to travel so have seen some of the world. Illness keeps me closer to home. I have a 2nd home in the desert--with hot mineral soaking pools. Meditate twice a day. Go on silent retreats. No TV for 4 decades. Read a lot. Garden -17 fruit trees, rosebushes. enjoy life. Recent surgery in October has cleared up health issues!! I can travel again....planning a retreat in India this April.....very exciting for me.
