An excellent choice of what would normally be scrap wood. It works well. I would suggest that the birds be wrapped separately when shipped because of their beaks being so delicate.
Somehow the picture doesn't convey to me quite how precarious the hummingbird looks in real life and yet how solid it actually is. It also looks extremely cool.

Just one suggestion - it’s listed as an Amazonian Motmo. I looked him up, and he’s actually a Trinidad Motmot. His species name is Momotus bahamensis.
