"Delightful!"
This was intended for a friend who loves our Siamese kitten but whose apartment does not allow pets. It's really lifelike, evidently - I unpacked it to check for any shipping damage, and almost immediately our kitten chewed off the tops of its ears! So I am now doing cosmetic surgery and it will occupy a place in my home instead (joining other Balinese carvings that various members of the family have brought back over the years). A really charming ornament.

"Memories"
Excellent piece ! The meditating Siamese kitty reminds me of my dear cat, Monkey, who passed away three years ago and looking at this piece makes me smile in remembrance.

"Buddhist kitty"
I purchased this many yrs ago with a gift card. Had not heard of Novica and had no idea what quality item i would receive. When it arrived I was so impressed and yrs later, i still am and notice it every day! Not only is it beautiful and inspirational, but it is tough. Im not suggesting you toss it like a football, but it survived 2 cross country moves, and being knocked off onto the floor by a carpenter. Only a slight chip. If they had broken it I (or they!) would have purchased it again! Its that special!

"Everyone wants this!"
Everyone who enters my home wants this sculpture. I have many pieces from this amazing artisan and people totally gravitate toward them. I cant tell you how many people have wanted to take them home. I have given a bunch for gifts as well. The picture doesnt do this justice. It is so beautiful and provides a total feeling of serenity.

"Beautiful Likeness of a Unique Duck"
In 2018 a Mandarin duck appeared in Central Park, New York seemingly out of nowhere. That sparked my fascination with this duck. I was surprised and pleased to find this sculpture years later and was able to capture my own Mandarin duck. I love the sculpture and the incredible attention to detail and the realistic faithfulness to the duck. Okay, the real duck looks a little like a toy as well, but I am thrilled to have another sculpture by Nengah Sudarsana, and this one joins my small flock of ducks by him. Perhaps Ill take it to the lake in Central Park and see if another real one will show up to keep mine company.
