Lacquerware Mango Wood Decorative Box, "Kings at War"
The king of Burma and the king of Siam meet on the battlefield in this beautiful design by Nantana Sompamitre. Inspired by ancient murals from central Thailand, she illustrates the tactic called yutthahutti, in which the monarchs fight while mounted on elephants. Depicted in golden foil on lacquered mango wood, the scene decorates a box for business cards.

"Beautiful workmanship"
Unfortunately it is too small for the purpose I had envisioned. I will use it for a different purpose and it will continue to be loved and will sit among my other favorite items on display.

"Beautiful and Stylish"
These boxes are really beautiful and easy to fit in any decor. I use them to put rings, earrings, and pills on my bedside table. I liked them so much that I bought an extra set for a fried who also loved them. The boxes are very lightweight and beautifully crafted.
