This Nicaraguan shawl embraces the shoulders with love, featuring crisscrossing patterns in sophisticated colors of wisteria and amethyst. The Artistic Weavers of Zapatera Island represent a collaboration between ten women who work together to create fantastic accessories like this shawl. They weave it by hand on the comb loom using mercerized cotton fibers for a comfortable, yet durable accessory. The shawl is finished with hand-knotted fringes on each end.
