Using wool yarns tinted with all-natural dyes derived from local materials, Oaxacan artisan Porfirio Gutierrez crafts this beautiful contemporary area rug. The hand-woven rug features a maze-like geometric design in a medley of blue, accented with red. Gutierrez considers it his life's mission to preserve and elevate his family's natural dye techniques.
