Wayan Rendah celebrates the spontaneous relationship shared between a mother and her child, capturing the two in suar wood as they play together. Working with local Balinese artisans, he carves the sculpture by hand, giving it a finish that accentuates the wood's natural grain.

"Captures mob daughters spirit"

"My daughter is a mother..."

"Passionate and beautiful"

"Received box with noticeable split in wood"
I know some amount of damage or differentiation in woodwork could be and usually is considered to be part of the art. However, the box I received had a noticeable split in it, to the point that I would consider damaged. I am returning mine.

"Beautiful decorative bowl"
