Floral Soapstone Tealight Holder from India, "Light Bouquet"
Adding light to your home, this tealight holder from India is created by Gulam Rasool. He works with natural soapstone, hand-carving the upper portion with floral jali openwork. The lantern is displayed on top of a base in the shape of a lotus flower.
Comes with a complimentary tealight.

"Makes any room beautiful"
Ive bought so many of these candle holders for myself and friends. After a hard day at work its relaxing to light a candle, turn off the lights and watch the decorative shadows flicker from the beautiful carvings of this holder. Will cherish this forever.

"Delicately beautiful"
I bought this item as a birthday gift for one of my Sisters. She absolutely loved it. I was not able to see it in person right away since we live in different States, but when I did see it, I wished I had ordered one for myself! The design is intricate, and very well done.

Gulam has been honored with the same distinction. He still works alongside his son and other artisans to whom he has taught this craft, and treasures the role he plays in continuing this important Indian artistic tradition.
