The Prathin family's carefully painted lacquerware box makes a stunning piece of home decor. The Thai artisans hand carve the square box from mango wood before covering both the inside and outside in a glossy black lacquer. The box is then hand painted in a pretty floral pattern in green, pink, yellow, blue, red, and purple hues.
