Captive round bubbles slowly lose their shape and become elongated as they rise upward in this modern take on a classic dewdrop shape. From Brazilian artisan Rodrigo Honorio comes an elegant Murano-inspired art glass sculpture in a rich dark red tone. Artisan crafted using the same time-honored glass blowing techniques that have been employed for centuries on Murano Island in Italy, the sculpture has a broad base that narrows and ends in a thin point. Three drops appear in low relief near the base.
Because each piece is individually crafted by hand, minor variations in color, shape and weight are to be expected.
