Convertible Italian Leather Backpack, "Italian Escapade"

For comfort and flexibility while traveling, a convertible bag is a must. Ours is made by a Florentine leather studio using the same materials they supply to luxury handbag designers. Convert it to a backpack and go hands-free while sightseeing or pulling luggage. Carry it as a purse for a more sophisticated look while dining out or in a museum where backpacks are off-limits. Black has gold tone hardware and Blue has silver hardware.

"Gorgeous"
Tried to get last year and was sold out. Now I have it. Beautiful leather. Outside pocket not quite big enough to hold cell phone hence 4 stars. Nice pockets inside and love the backpack feature.

"The Perfect Travel Bag"
This stylish, roomy bag is perfect for those long domestic or international trips. It’s sturdy, but really well designed from both an aesthetically and functional perspective. The straps are comfortable, the interior has lots of pockets for glasses, tablets and other necessities... and yet its not too big, making it the perfect “dualie� - great for both formal events and other activities where a less dressy bag is more appropriate!

"Nice craftmanship"
I wish it were just a little bigger all around. Not quite enough space for a water bottle AND a book if I?m using it as my purse as well. Otherwise, I love the design and the look. Super easy to convert to backpack, light-weight, nice quality leather. Just what I had in mind!

Enjoy using this bag over shoulder and as backpack when needed. Only negative is that the leather is super stiff.

"Just as I d hoped!"
I had my eye on this purse for quite awhile and finally treated myself. I am so happy with it! I love the idea of a backpack purse, but don t love the bulkiness of most designs. This one is slim, but well thought out so everything I want to carry fits inside without adding bulk. And, the option of still being able to use it as a shoulder bag is even better. The leather is fairly stiff, so it keeps it s shape (I like that), along with good metal zippers throughout. The straps are also stiff, so plan to “work” with them a bit if that bothers you, but I suspect it would also make it harder for pick-pockets to slash through them if you are traveling and concerned about that. Overall this is a high quality purse with a well-thought out design for adult women. I intend to have and enjoy mine for a long time!

"My grandson loves this hat!"
Even though it is summer now, my grandson goes to college in Iowa, where it is pretty cold in the winters. He loved the colors of the hat, the feel of the lambswool, and is excited for winter so he can wear it. it is very well made and will last a long time.

"Well made Aran sweater/lovely design"
I gave 4 stars because I feel for the price there should be a button on the shawl collar to secure closure and at minimum an extra large button. It is very soft! And not bulky or heavy. Fits well, drapes nicely. The buttons are very attractive with design on backside, which, unless you look, you wouldn t see.. haha.. but the color reminds me of butterscotch amber.
