About this Item

The nimble hands of the Wakami cooperative of Guatemala weave blue and sea green beads into a classic bracelet, bound by two cords of leather used to form the button clasp. The beads are made of glass and reconstituted turquoise and woven into a kind of checkerboard pattern, with colours and sparkles reminiscent of the ocean.

My husband gifted me a set of these oh so cool-looking and rugged bracelets. I loved them so much that he surprised me with a second set. I wear them 24/7, and only remove them before taking a bath or shower. It may not be necessary, but I think theyll last longer.
