100% Baby Alpaca Wrap Scarf with Checked Patterns from Peru, "Lovely Plaid"

Resembling plaid, yarns of olive, honey, and maize combine together to create the checked patterns of this Peruvian wrap scarf. Carlos Yauri creates this scarf, working on a traditional floor loom to weave it by hand from 100% baby alpaca, the fine fleece from the season's first shearing. Lovely fringes complete the scarf at each end.

"Giving alpaca scarves this year!"
So soft, so chic, such a classic. Ive gotten 3 so far, and every one is prettier than a picture. You cant appreciate the feel of the fabric in a picture. So beautifully crafted. I think Ill treat myself while Im at it!

"Beautiful, Well-made, Elegant Lines Alpaca Scarf"
This 100% baby alpaca scarf is comfortable on my skin but since the weave is tight, I would not consider it a soft scarf. The colors go together very well and allows it to be paired with black, grey, blue, cream or white. The website photo is accurate. It is very well made and will last a for many, many years. It could be worn by either a male or female if they like the color combination. I am very glad I purchased this scarf!

- wearing casual or somewhat dressy, inside or outside in moderately cold weather
