Engagement Corporate Gifts
I bought this as a holiday gift for my husband several years ago because he's a retired triathlete and still a cyclist. He's impossible to buy gifts for and usually ends up returning anything I try to give him. The fact that such an intimate, sweet moment was so poignantly captured using metal and cycle parts was more than I could resist. This is the kind of piece that has motion to it--you feel looking at it that it's almost alive in some way. He was utterly delighted the moment he unwrapped it, and this darling this pair (in whom we see ourselves) has occupied the bar in our front room ever since, where we see them every day and every time we pass through, celebrate every holiday, birthday and anniversary, and are reminded of all the miles we've ridden bikes and all the years we've spent together (nearly two decades and counting). If I had just seen this item today, I would still purchase it in a heartbeat because it speaks to me every time I see it as if it were the first time.
These were a gift, and a remembrance of the time we all spent together in Mexico. The recipients just loved the glasses. One arrived broken. I gave them to info, so I hope they get it replaced. These really are beautiful!
We got this Heart Bond sculpture as a present for my mom to be given after our wedding, but when she passed away a week before the ceremony we decided to give it to my brother not only as a keepsake from our special day, and a symbol of love to inspire passion in his own life, but also as a lasting memory of our mother. It's a perfect size and design to go with any decor.
The artistry of Wayan Rendah has been featured in numerous periodicals, including Sunset magazine. "It gives me great pleasure when one of my statues inspires somebody," the artist says.
