These covers are beautifully made and the fabric is lovely. The block prints on the front and back are even nicer looking in person than in the online picture. I m so happy I made this purchase! Thanks!

Beautiful and exquisite workmanship
These pillow covers are truly beautiful. They look like something youd find in a high end decorators store.

Popular Bedding and Bath Cotton from India
Kantha Cotton Bedspread and Shams in Seaglass (3 Piece), "Kantha Charm in Turquoise"$199
Indian artisan Anil Khandelwal uses lively printed motifs resembling patchwork to create a vibrant bedspread set. Finished with a contrast running kantha stitch all over. The bedspread features seaglass blue shades that reverse from printed to solid teal. Comes with two matching pillow shams. Decorative mandala pillows and bolster are sold separately.
India Hand Stitched Cotton Block Print Quilt and 2 Shams Set, "Bombay Toile"
Designed by Shashi Sehgal, this lovely set of bed linens tells a story of ancient life in India. Herders guided their flocks to graze in lush grasslands bordering the Thar Desert. For coverlets, the women created quilts of layered fabric, stitched by hand in a technique known as -making or hand quilting. This set of quilt and two pillow shams is created in the same way of cotton voile.
The quilt is reversible and the motifs are created with block prints, applied by hand in blue on ivory. One side depicts foliage and flowers in a pattern named "Cool March," for chilly evenings in early spring. On the reverse side as well as the shams, neat rows of flowers represent the unbroken lineage of tradition handed down over generations. Finished with piping, the edges are scalloped and the stitching is done by hand.
A zipper at the bottom of the shams opens them to insert the cushions.
Mandala Motif Embroidered Cotton Cushion Covers (Pair), "Mandala Glory"$44.99
In beautiful hues of honey, marigold, turquoise, teal, and emerald, elegant mandalas are embroidered onto this pair of cushion covers from India. Anil Khandelwal creates the pair, crafted from snow white cotton. Each cover features a zipper on the back for inserting a cushion.
Cotton Aari Embroidery Cushion Covers (Pair) from India, "Nature's Delight"$69.99
A small flock of birds sits among the floral blooms of a huge tree in this lovely pair of cushion covers. Designed by artisan Amit Moza from India, white cotton is used as a base for the gorgeous embroidery. This particular type of embroidery, a specialty of Kashmiri artisans, involves a hooked needle that creates the unique chain-stitch seen on these elegant covers. Shades of blue thread are used for the friendly fowl, which makes them stand out beautifully against the light, earthy tones of green and brown chosen for the tree. The backs of the covers are plain white, and feature a slit opening for the cushions.
