This is exquisite
I thought of my dilaw the first time I saw it. It was not available then, but you notified me when it became available again. My daughter in law is thrilled with it!
This is one of my favourite schawls
It is thinner than i thought it would be but still not to thin to be fragile (for people like me anyway, who tend to get fragile materials damaged no matter how much we try to look after them) and its nice on a cool summer evening or over a jumper in winter (not that i have had any such weather to try it yet). I love brown but wanted some colour as well, that was not to bright so while brown looks good with colours like white it matches much more . And the material feel beautiful and soft.
GREAT BUY...WORTH BUYING AGAIN AND AGAIN!
Bought for a gift, but was so very taken with it, had to keep it for myself-what a treasure to wear with my dress!!

Batik Silk Shawl with Kawung Motifs from Bali, "Java Sea"
Yuni Kristina conjures classic Javanese batik patterns in mesmerizing shades of black, gray, and green. Stamped by hand on a luxurious silk shawl, they include the or dagger, once exclusive to the courts of Surakarta and Jogyakarta. Formerly reserved for the sultan's use, flowers and the --an eight-pointed rosette set within a square, rhombus, or circle-- complement the parang.
Each motif is created by hand, as evidenced by the occasional pencil mark or slight color variations.
