Hand painted silk scarf, 'Macher Biye in Pink'

By Heidi
100% fun
This scarf is colorful fun and a great gift to yourself or for some else. When I looked up the story of the Macher Biye, there is a wedding that the fish are attending but they didnt invite one fish. This large forgotten fish invites himself to the wedding and eats the other fish. But with style like this you will always be included and you will remember to always include others.
Hand painted silk scarf, 'Gorgeous Chrysanthemum'

By chrisp
truly gorgeous
the floral renderings are excellent - detailed and graceful. the fabric is somewhat stiff..i like to use it as a waist tie. it hand washes fine so dont be afraid of the dry clean only tag.

Artist Khitish, Sienna Sunset Silk Scarf
5 stars for this artist and this scarf. I bought the silk scarf, including the optional gift wrap, for my New Zealand friends Christmas gift as shed just returned from a tour of India. Yesterday she wrote, thrilled with the quality of the gift and packaging. She told me that shed seen paper making in Jaipur, the same paper used in the gift wrap The photos she included confirmed that Id made a great choice of gift. Thank you, Khitish.

Multicolored Hand Painted Pure Silk Scarf, "Hill Reflection"
$49.99Hand woven from fine double-ply Bishnupur silk, this beautiful scarf from Sonu and Soma in India is a colorful and versatile accessory. The geometric pattern is painted by hand in black, white and a rainbow of colors. Delicate red fringe accents both ends. Due to the nature of the silk and the hand woven process, there will be minor slubs in the fabric; this should not be considered a defect.
