Accepted Forms of Payment
We strongly recommend the use of credit cards, especially for first time orders. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks and certified company checks. If planning on paying by another method such as personal check or wire transfer, you will need to submit a credit evaluation to us. Purchase Invoices
You can view your invoices by logging into myNovica and clicking on "Purchase History" in the "Account" section. If you are unable to obtain invoices from our site you may request to have them faxed or emailed by writing to clientservices@novica.com. Please allow up to 1 business day to receive requested invoices.

Sales Tax
Nearly 100% of our wholesale items ship directly from our international fulfillment centers and do not incur sales taxes. In the rare event that an item is shipped from our offices in California and the delivery address for the order is also in California, sales taxes will apply. In such cases you will be alerted during the Checkout process of the sales tax amount before you actually submit the order. Note the most of the items in stock in our California office are not eligible for wholesale pricing.
