Terms and Conditions of Delivery Guarantee: * Novica cannot be held responsible for service failures by domestic delivery couriers (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) resulting from inclement weather at, near, or en route to the delivery address provided. We will make every effort to ensure delivery of orders in regions affected by severe weather -- however, because these factors are out of our control, the delivery guarantee will cease to be in effect if delivery is postponed due specifically and solely to severe weather conditions. * The delivery guarantee on an order will become void if the shipping address provided is invalid or incorrect . Please note that Novica is unable to deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. * The delivery guarantee on an order may become void if at the time the order is placed the customer provides incorrect or inaccurate billing information that cannot be verified by the card issuing bank, and the customer fails to contact Novica and provide the correct information before the expiration of the applicable guarantee cutoff date and time indicated in the table above. * A delivery attempt made by the carrier at the shipping address provided on or before May 12th, 2013 constitutes fulfillment of the delivery guarantee, even if delivery is not made due to a business being closed or the recipient not being available to receive the package. * In the unlikely event that Novica should fail to deliver a guaranteed order on or before May 12th, 2013, Novica will refund the shipping costs associated with that portion of the order and provide the customer with a Novica gift certificate with a minimum value of $10.00 and a maximum value of 25% of the order total or $50.00, whichever is less. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for issuance of the credit and gift certificate. All requests related to compensation for delivery guarantee failure must be made within 2 weeks after the guaranteed delivery date either by writing us at service@novica.com or by phone at 1-877-2-NOVICA (1-877-266-8422). |
