Art (on a very minor scale compared with the wonderfully skilled artists at Novica.)

My main interests are reading, drawing, making jewelery, genealogy, web stuff, and world history. I've always been extremely fascinated with the ancient civilizations of Egypt, Central and South America, and Asia. The particular countries are Egypt, Mexico, Guatemala, Yucatan, Peru, India, Tibet, Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand, Bhutan, and Japan. I'd love to have pen pals and/or good friends in all of these countries if possible. I believe in child sponsorship (I sponsor a couple in some of these countries) I love to see people from countries like these carrying on the traditional crafts of their people, and getting the appreciation they deserve for their awesome skills. I think it's wonderful!

I love the traditional designs and colours of other countries and cultures. I find them all fascinating.
