I own an import business!

I started an import business on a very small scale compared to Novica back in 2004. I greatly enjoy searching the world for artists who would like an outlet in the USA. My favorite part is meeting people. A couple of years after starting my business I discovered Novica and thought I had died and gone to heaven! Although I have no business connection to them, I completely agree with what they do and so enjoy looking at the incredible selection of goods...and countries! It's thrilling for me to see so many artists selling their wares and I suppose it is my dream to be able to help so many someday. In the mean time, I shop here often ,save up my money, and purchase everything I possibly can. It has all been better than expected and I can't wait to get that handbag from Mexico I've had my eye on! Personally, I am a mother of 2 boys who has taught them their schooling at home instead of in a public school. One is now 21 and in college. My husband is a computer engineer. COLD winters here!

Novica is the absolute best place to find a HUGE variety of unique handmade items from around the world! I have the most fun looking at everything and love seeing what these talented artists make and how they express themselves and their cultures. I love learning about them too and the fact that my purchases may help them. Mostly I enjoy bringing these items into my home. Looking at them every day reminds me that no matter how different we may be from one another, or where we may live in the world, we are all just people each with our own talents, hopes and dreams.
