Retired

After owning our own tourism company, my husband and I retired. Unfortunately, he has since passed on. I've never had the opportunity to learn a spoken foreign language, so I started studying Spanish after retiring. It has opened up so many new experiences for me including finding Novica artists. I would love to be able to travel and visit the artists in Peru.

Most of my retirement is spent doing volunteer work such as helping with the Valdez Food Bank and trying to get community gardens started in Valdez.

What I like most about Novica:

The ability to review handcrafted work from around the world. Eventually, I found Andes artists who spoke to my heart and now enjoy awakening each morning to the beauty of their visions and work.
