gardener; reading, antiques, finding unique things

I have recently become a gardener due to an ever increasing love of plants, although I am a weenie about bad weather. I am slightly crafty, but not necessarily in a good way. That is one reason I enjoy finding furnishings, jewelry, etc. made by truly talented people. Other than that, I am a pretty average middle aged person... I feel guilty about driving everywhere, but choose to live in the country...I want to eat healthy foods but live with 2 teenage boys who only eat things that can be heated in a microwave... I am lucky and our family is healthy and it's a good happy life.

What I like most about Novica:

I LOVE that I can see and read about the person who made what I am purchasing. Finding out how something is made, and who made it, makes an item more special. Also once I've found an artisan I like, I know I will like most of their work, so new things are easy to find.
