Testimonial for Wayan Cakra

I just received a suar wood carving by Wayan Cakra, and I am stunned by its beauty and richness of detail. The small statuette, about 8 inches tall, is called "Sunbathing," a figure of a cameleon. The skill and pride of artistry is outstanding. Cakra has managed to capture the movement within the grain of the wood, as well as a personality within the face and body language of the creature. I sincerely hope he will have the time and vision to continue his carving, because he could have an outstanding future. I, for one, will watch for anything new from him.
