I study martial arts, Tai Chi and Tae Kwon Do, and use meditation to calm and soothe me. I have been married for 32 years and have 3 sons, twins adopted from the Philippines and 1 adopted from Siberia. We also have 1 dog. My family is most precious to me. We love to travel especially to foregn lands.
