Building a nonprofit, Universal Design home for low-income elderly

We have travelled to many places but not yet Ghana, Kenya, or Nepal -- they are on our list of dreams. We live between Richmond, the capitol of Virginia, and Washington, DC, the capitol of our nation. We are Christians and work to so shine that others, however they find to be their primary faith, will turn to that positive force within them for guidance in all things. We work in dog rescue and admire kindness and courage as the highest of all virtues.

What I like most about Novica:

The wonderful feeling of connection to people thousands of miles distant; the chance to help another while gaining beauty from their hands; an urge to pack our suitcases and go see all these incredibly talented spirits in person -- there are too many reasons we like Novica to single out just one, and all of them will apply to any newcomer!
