I was an early staff member at Novica - from 1999 to 2001. I treasure the time I shared with the founding team and getting to know many of the international staff and artisans. To this day, I still relish time that I can spend on the web site learning about a new place, artistic tradition, or artisan and his or her source of inspiration. To this day, wherever I travel, I experience the world differently - more in tune with the details of the people and places I visit - thanks to Novica!
