Delivery EstimateCradled in his mother's arms, the infant Jesus reaches a chubby hand to caress her face. The Virgin gazes lovingly at her son with a look of infinite tenderness. Golden haloes surround them in this relief carving by the Ramírez Montalvo Family. They select fragrant cedar wood, applying delicate color with oil paints and finishing the sculpture with bronze leaf.
Titled "Virgen de Caricias" in Spanish, the work has a metal hook at the back to facilitate hanging.

"Absolutely Beautiful!"
This relief panel is so much more beautiful in person, the photo just doesnt show the true details and beauty of this piece.I cant recommend this relief panel enough, buy it!The artists did such a great job.

"Sweet moment"
This peaceful rendition of the tender love of mother and Son will fill your heart with peace and wonder. I like how the baby connects with His sweet mother through a gentle stroke of her face. The way her eyes are fixated on His eyes makes me think she can see beyond time what will become of her little baby. Shes not smiling but shes not crying either. Shes just savoring the moment. The carving is detailed and the colors are just perfect. You wont find something so unique in a regular store.
