Mexican Upcycled Glass Mosaic Tau Cross with Flowers, "Tau Easter Lilies"

Blossoming on Resurrection Sunday, yellow Easter lilies cover this beautiful brown cross. A symbol of Christianity, the Tau cross takes its name from the letter "tau" in the Greek alphabet. Saint Francis of Assisi sealed his letters with this figure and it now represents the Franciscan order. Working in glass mosaic, Fabiola Martínez recreates the Tau cross for wall display.
