"I am Juan Luis, and Fabiana Sebastiana is my older sister. We were born in the Puno region of Peru. I used to work at a company's workshop, but times were hard and management had to lay off many people, myself included. Thinking about what to do next and earn a living, I realized that I had skills and had learned many technical aspects of working in a silversmith's workshop. However I knew nothing about the details and finish of a piece. That's when my sister offered to help. I think that being a woman, Fabiana Sebastiana is more tuned-in to the finer details of a jewelry item. We decided to join our different talents to design and craft original jewelry of high quality. "To us, jewelry design and crafting is an art, and we love the idea of people wearing what we make. "We get inspired by everything we see, even by the discarded pieces from other things we made! I put them together and play with them, like a jigsaw puzzle, which leads me to new designs. I love to see how mistakes can be transformed into beautiful things. "Our designs are intended to transmit our enjoyment of this art form, which we've been doing for more than ten years. I would describe our work as classic, with a strong contemporary influence."
