Sajid Khan

"Hi, my name is Sajid Khan and I was born and raised in the colorful city of Jodhpur - where fun and festivities never end! From a very young age, I would assist my father at work - he designs and manufactures exquisite handcrafted items. I was only 17 years old when I formally started helping my father. Now, time has passed and I am enjoying every bit of it.

"I decided to set up my own workshop a couple of years ago, to craft the products I designed myself. And now, I have found an appreciative clientele. What I know I learned from my father and from other artisans. Among the things they have taught me is to ensure my products are of high quality.

"I mainly work with iron – by itself, or together with other materials - to create unique and chic products. I am now looking into broadening what I do by crafting home decorative accents such as candleholders, hangers and more. However, my Christmas collections remain favorites among my customers!

"I feel really fortunate and delighted to be a part of Novica. I hope my relation with Novica will offer the opportunity for people around the world to admire the kind of work we do in India."
